Phase Three Brewing Company

Phase Three Brewing Company in Illinois is run by Shaun Berns, his wife, Brittany, and his best friend, Evan Morris. The three have formerly worked together at RAM Restaurant and Brewery and More Brewing. The name of the brewery, Phase Three, is actually a nod to the former phases of their brewing career. Even the logo of Phase Three Brewery symbolizes this; the hop logo has dotted fine leaves, then black and white leaves, and finally, colored leaves.

Currently, Phase Three Brewing Company contact brews with Lake Zurich Brewing Company, but they intend to find themselves a permanent home soon. Talks are in motion for the brewing company to acquire the Lake Zurich location. A range of different stouts, pale ales, and porters are made available by the brewery in canned form and distributed across the city.

Draft lines may also be found but are rare. The Phase Three Brewing Co. team also has plans for starting up a barrel program to provide barrel-aged beer but are only looking to do so once they have their own venue.

You can visit the Phase Three Brewing Company website to pick up brewery-related merchandise, such as branded apparel and glassware.
